the association of mbas (amba), headquartered in london, uk, is an independent global accreditation association, which focuses primarily on mba education quality accreditation in business schools. the mba and emba programs of college of business, shanghai university of finance and economics were initially accredited by amba in 2012 and then re-accredited in 2017 and 2022 respectively.



aacsb

the association to advance collegiate schools of business (aacsb), headquartered in tampa, florida of the u.s.a., is currently the world's most authoritative global association for quality accreditation in business education with the longest history and the largest number of members. aacsb offers two types of accreditation: business accreditation and accounting accreditation. the college of business, shanghai university of finance and economics obtained the initial aacsb accreditation in 2017 and was re-accredited in 2021.

the efmd quality improvement system (equis), headquartered in brussels, belgium, is an international accreditation system founded by the european foundation for management development (efmd) to assess the quality of higher management education institutions and promote the progress of management education. equis is currently the most rigorous quality accreditation system for management education in europe. the college of business, shanghai university of finance and economics was accredited by equis in 2020.
