on the afternoon of april 30th, wang xi hui, vice dean of the school of management and director of the mba center at the university of science and technology of china, along with gou xiao ju, deputy director of the mf program, li yuan yuan, student affairs secretary of the mba center, and wu jing ping, enrollment supervisor of the shanghai teaching site, visited our college for research purposes. the aim was to strengthen academic exchanges and cooperation between the two universities and to explore the development and innovation of mba and imba education. sun qi, college of business of shanghai university of finance and economics associate dean, welcomed the guests. xu song wei, executive director of the mba center, chen xi, director of the imba program office, and feng da, executive deputy director of the mba center, participated in the discussion.

during the discussion, cob associate dean sun qi extended a warm welcome to the delegation from the college of management at the university of science and technology of china. he then provided a detailed introduction to the mba and imba programs at the college of business of shanghai university of finance and economics, including information about program features, international accreditation and rankings, faculty, curriculum design, academic research, industry collaboration, career development, practical activities, and student management practices. he emphasized that the college consistently adheres to a market-oriented approach and student-centered principles. the college continuously optimizes its curriculum, innovates teaching methods, and is committed to nurturing high-level management talents with international perspectives and innovative spirits.

vice dean wang xihui also provided an overview of the various programs offered by the school of management at the university of science and technology of china, including the master's programs in applied statistics, logistics engineering, finance, emba, mba, and project management. he mentioned that while maintaining its disciplinary strengths, the school of management at ustc is also continuously exploring innovative models for mba education, striving to enhance teaching quality and research standards. during this research visit to the mba center of the college of business at shanghai university of finance and economics, they hope to engage in extensive communication and discussion with counterparts, and to actively absorb and integrate excellent teaching methods.
